What to do if the cam divider is not positioned correctly

　　Inaccurate positioning of the divider means that the specified position accuracy difference is too large. Generally speaking, as long as the workpiece is of a mechanical structure, there is a certain error value, as long as it is within a reasonable range, it is normal, but if it is too large, it will affect the processing, so First of all, it is necessary to judge whether the positioning is normal.

　　 In the actual repair, first check whether the positioning error is the output shaft up-down error or the left-right error. You can check the following steps in the device.

　　 1. Lock the disc on the output shaft tightly, and check whether the positioning error is caused by the looseness.

　　2. Check whether the error between the stations on the disc is too large.

　　3. Check whether the bearing of the input shaft is worn out, and whether the oil seal of the input shaft is damaged.

　　4. Check whether the torque of the input motor is normal, and whether it is sometimes large and sometimes small.
